1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "User", or "you") and bigtaka2 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of all services offered through the bigtaka2 website and any associated mobile interface, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, crash games, promotional programmes, loyalty schemes, and payment processing services.

bigtaka2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to Members. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication to the bigtaka2 website. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. Where any translation of these Terms exists for reference purposes, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or dispute.

2. Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of the bigtaka2 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their membership:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bigtaka2 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit funds, or participate in any games or betting markets on the Platform. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf and for your own personal entertainment.
• You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or any other restriction that prohibits you from participating in online gambling activities.
• You have not previously had a bigtaka2 account closed or suspended due to a breach of these Terms or for fraudulent conduct.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You must ensure that all registration information remains accurate and up to date at all times. bigtaka2 reserves the right to request documentary evidence (such as a National Identity Card, birth certificate, or utility bill) to verify any information provided at registration or at any subsequent point during your membership.

Each individual may hold only one active account on bigtaka2. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3. Account Obligations

As a registered Member of bigtaka2, you accept the following obligations in relation to your account and your conduct on the Platform:

1. Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. bigtaka2 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
2. Immediate Notification. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify bigtaka2 immediately by contacting support@bigtaka2. bigtaka2 will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon receipt of such notification.
3. Personal Use Only. Your bigtaka2 account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any third party to access or use your account, whether for gaming, financial transactions, or any other purpose. You may not operate your account as an agent for another person or accept funds from a third party for wagering purposes.
4. Lawful Funds. All funds deposited into your bigtaka2 account must originate from legitimate sources. By depositing funds, you represent and warrant that the funds are not derived from any unlawful activity.
5. Account Balance. Your account balance represents real money credited to your account and available for wagering or withdrawal, subject to any applicable bonus wagering requirements or withdrawal processing conditions. bigtaka2 does not pay interest on account balances.
6. Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. bigtaka2 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts, deducted from the available balance, after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance following dormancy processing may be closed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bigtaka2 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the needs of players across Bangladesh. The following payment methods are currently available:

All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability and verification status. bigtaka2 applies a name-matching policy: the name on your bigtaka2 account must exactly match the registered name on your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account. Withdrawal requests that fail name-matching will be held pending additional identity verification documentation.

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Members via bKash or Nagad are ordinarily processed same-day during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours (08:00–22:00 BST). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next available processing window. bigtaka2 reserves the right to extend withdrawal processing times for security review purposes without prior notice. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

• bigtaka2 reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• bigtaka2 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• In the event of a suspected fraudulent transaction, bigtaka2 reserves the right to freeze the relevant account and withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bigtaka2 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, sportsbook promotions, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section, as well as any specific conditions published alongside the individual bonus or promotion at the time it is offered.

1. Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the bonus terms at the time the bonus is offered. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in eligible games before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested.
2. Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally toward the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager toward the requirement. Live dealer table games, including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Teen Patti, and Andar Bahar, may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10%–20%). 3. Bonus Expiry. All bonus funds and any associated free spins expire within 30 days of being credited to your account unless a different expiry period is stated in the specific bonus terms. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited without exception.
4. One Bonus at a Time. Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. If you have an active bonus with an uncompleted wagering requirement, you may not claim a second bonus until the first is either completed or forfeited.
5. Abuse and Fraud Prevention. bigtaka2 monitors bonus activity across all accounts. Any Member found to be exploiting bonuses through low-risk betting strategies, matched betting, or coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts will have their bonus voided and may have their account suspended.
6. VIP Programme Rewards. Cashback, reload bonuses, and other rewards distributed through the bigtaka2 Black Diamond VIP programme are governed by the VIP programme terms applicable to each tier. Personal manager offers at Platinum and Black Diamond tier may carry bespoke wagering conditions communicated directly by the assigned personal manager.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the bigtaka2 platform — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, instant-win titles, and sportsbook markets — are operated according to the individual game rules published within each game interface or market. By participating in any game or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable game rules and accept the stated return-to-player (RTP) rates and odds as the basis of play.

• RTP Certification. All casino game titles in the bigtaka2 catalogue are sourced from licensed studios and carry independently certified RTP values. These values represent the theoretical long-term return percentage of each game and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

• Technical Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting any game or betting market, bigtaka2 reserves the right to void affected rounds or wagers and return stakes to affected Members. bigtaka2's decision in relation to technical malfunction outcomes is final.
• Maximum Win Limits. bigtaka2 may apply maximum single-session or single-wager win caps on specific games or markets. Where a maximum win limit applies, it will be stated in the applicable game rules. Any winnings in excess of the stated maximum will be reduced to the cap amount.
• Responsible Gaming Integration. All gameplay on bigtaka2 is subject to the responsible gaming controls described in bigtaka2's Responsible Gaming policy, including deposit limits, session time-outs, and self-exclusion. Members are encouraged to use these tools at any time.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bigtaka2 platform. Any Member found to have engaged in any of the following activities will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent identity verification stage.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts on the bigtaka2 platform, whether under the same or different identities.
• Using software, automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players in any game — including but not limited to live dealer table games — to manipulate outcomes or exploit game mechanics.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or undocumented game features for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error must be reported immediately and are subject to reversal.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal or unlawful activities, or using the bigtaka2 platform as a vehicle for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward bigtaka2 staff, customer support agents, or other platform users.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming restriction, self-exclusion order, or account limit that has been applied to your account.
• Allowing any person under the age of 18 to access or use your bigtaka2 account.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

bigtaka2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested by bigtaka2.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Reasonable belief that the account is being operated by a person under 18 years of age.
• Account is subject to a legal order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
• Account activity presents an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Members.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting support@bigtaka2. A voluntary account closure request will be processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds subject to uncompleted wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method following identity confirmation.

Members who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons are encouraged to request a self-exclusion rather than a standard account closure. Self-exclusion prevents the Member from re-registering or accessing the Platform for the duration of the exclusion period.
